1. We provide our IP stresser services «as is», we don't guarantee target's downtime.
2. Our stresser service does not allow attacking government, military, educational or banks' resources and services.
Any attempts to bypass the blacklist of government, military or resources of value to the country are considered a severe violation of the Terms of Use.
3. We do not tolerate misleading advertising/undermining or account reselling of our stresser service.
4. Our Layer 7 and Layer 4 stresser services are not obliged to bypass every defense upon request. We do this on enthusiasm and of our own free will.
5. We are sure only in what we do provide to our stresser customers:
Protection bypasses, guaranteed attack power, uptime and features.
6. Bypassing certain protection doesn't mean the target will be down, there are different backends which can absorb a certain number of requests.
For each target, a different number of concurrents might be required (depending on the specifications of the attacked target).
7. Refunds for our stresser services are made only if the service doesn't meet the declared attack power or has an uptime of less than 80% during the active plan.
Some cases require special solutions and are resolved directly with the administrator.
8. Each user is solely responsible for all damages, arising out of their use of our IP stresser service.
9. If your Stresser account/API is participating in scamming activities it will be disabled without a refund. We do not tolerate scamming with use of our stresser service.
10. Minimum difference in Price between your current stresser package and a package that you want to upgrade to must be 25 EUR.
11. Violation of our Stresser Terms of Services will lead to account termination and no refund will be provided.
